    Over the past few months, our team has dedicated time and effort to closely monitor the global situation. We have patiently waited, hoping for more favorable circumstances. However, considering the recent developments in the Middle East, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Medaina festival.

    The heart and soul of everything we do is rooted in meticulous planning, high-quality production, and the creation of an unforgettable experience for each and every one of you. After much reflection and consideration, we've realized that it wouldn't be ethically right or feasible to move forward with the festival.

    So, we've chosen to postpone the Medaina festival to a later date – specifically, May 21-25, 2025. This decision wasn't made lightly, but we believe it's essential to ensure we can deliver the outstanding event that you deserve.

    Over the past 1.5 years, we've poured our hearts into making this event a reality, tirelessly securing venues, collaborating with authorities for permits, and joining forces with top-notch production partners. The journey has been filled with excitement and difficulties, and it is certainly challenging to carry this dream for another year, but your support and enthusiasm mean the world to us. As things gradually settle down in the region, our belief in the project only grows stronger and any support will undoubtedly play a crucial role in making our collective vision a reality. While reviewing the options below, kindly bear in mind that your support and contribution, if possible, will greatly help us bring the project to fruition next year.

    Here are a few things we’d like to communicate:

    – For those choosing to keep their reservations, we assure you that the exact same accommodations and packages will be carried over to the rescheduled dates.

    – If you are currently on a waitlist, expect to hear from us starting in mid-February with information on the available options.

    – If you’d like to initiate a new ticket request, please submit it through the waitlist, and we will connect with you by the end of February.

    – Lastly, we understand that plans might change, and we want to ensure you have the flexibility you need. If you wish to receive a refund, please submit your request through this link. Please note that the refunds will take 4-6 weeks to process.

  • You can fly into Amman from most major cities. From there you will need to take a car to get to Petra.

    There are also selected international flights to Aqaba which is about 90min from Petra and 45min from Wadi Rum.

  • The tickets are not refundable. However we are happy to work with you in order to transfer your tickets.
